Data protection request

Ask Probel.de for a copy of your personal data, for its deletion or for a restriction of its processing. Enter the e-mail address you used for orders or your customer account; we will send a confirmation link to it.

Do you have a customer account? Sign in to send the request from your account and follow its status there.

Your request
If you ordered as a guest, the number of one of your orders helps us confirm that the request comes from you.

Some data must be kept even after a deletion request, because the law or our obligations require it: invoices and accounting records (tax law), payment records, data needed for open orders, returns, chargebacks or fraud prevention. Such data is kept only as long as required and is made anonymous or deleted afterwards.

After we approve the request, the deletion takes place 14 days later, so that returns, refunds and chargebacks can still be handled. Until then you can cancel it.
